The library of the institute has played a critical role in the teaching and research. It is a five-storied building with Stacking Room, Computer Centre, Periodical Section, Language Lab, Audio Visual Room, Digital Library, Reference Section, and Reading Halls. It contents 69,170 books, national and international journals and 64, 204 e-journals. Digital library of institute is one of the richest sources of knowledge for students and faculty members. The library resources are continuously upgraded and expanded catering to the academic and research needs of students, researchers, and faculty members.
Infrastructure
Library has 2500 square meters of pleasant environment comprising Stacking Room, Computer Centre, Periodical Section, Language Lab, Audio Visual Room, Digital Library, Reference Section, Reading Halls, and Centre for professional excellence.

The library contains Text Books, Reference Books, ISI code Books, Journals, Periodicals, E Journals, E books, Thesis reports and CDs. The library has also subscribed to institutional membership of IAHR, DELNET, BCL and ARAI. Total 69,170 volumes and 19,200 titles of books are available for various programs of engineering.

Use of ICT in Library: Library has adopted RFID based management system. This allows library to speed up library services and streamline time consuming operations such as check in – check out, sorting, stock management and inventory. The system has following facilities:
